We were delighted to have had a really great experience when our fireplace needed servicing. JD (Jason D) was prompt, efficient, and extremely open to all of our questions. This was meant to be a routine check, but JD discovered a small gas leak, further identified a problem with the glass in front of the fireplace (which we had learned to live with) and informed us it was still under warranty, and would cost us nothing for a replacement glass. JD was very methodical in how he expertly cleaned the logs, even altering their configuration to distribute the flames (which he identified as being too high for the interior). He cleaned and polished the glass (while we await the warranty replacement). In summary, thanks to JD our fireplace is safer and looks better. We highly recommend Fireplace Center and, of course, especially JD, without reservation.

The inspection and installation of the fireplace was very quick and professional. The wonderful people that came to install our beautiful fireplace made sure to cover the floors and cleaned up after themselves when they were done . Fireplace Makeover
My mom, Judy Wilton highly recommends the Fireplace Center and would not hesitate to call on them for any future fireplace needs. From the first day she called and spoke to the owner, Mark, she has been more than happy with the excellent service. He and his employees are all knowledgeable, efficient and personable. One of our fireplaces only required servicing and a glass door cleaning (which to our surprise looked brand new again). The other fireplace needed to be fully replaced. The choice of product, custom installation and servicing was of the highest quality. Any issue that needed to be resolved was immediately addressed professionally without question. The owner and his employees honour their commitments and stand by the Fireplace Center’s reputation as an honest, reliable and reputable local business.
