We were delighted to have had a really great experience when our fireplace needed servicing. JD (Jason D) was prompt, efficient, and extremely open to all of our questions. This was meant to be a routine check, but JD discovered a small gas leak, further identified a problem with the glass in front of the fireplace (which we had learned to live with) and informed us it was still under warranty, and would cost us nothing for a replacement glass. JD was very methodical in how he expertly cleaned the logs, even altering their configuration to distribute the flames (which he identified as being too high for the interior). He cleaned and polished the glass (while we await the warranty replacement). In summary, thanks to JD our fireplace is safer and looks better. We highly recommend Fireplace Center and, of course, especially JD, without reservation.
