I must say we received great information and service from this company. We visited the show room and looked at what products were available and what would meet our needs. We had our 2 units serviced, fireplace insert and a freestanding stove. Unfortunately, our freestanding unit had lost its airtight seal and needed to be replaced. This was scheduled and completed within 2 days. All the employees we had contact with, showroom, service and installation, were polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
